30-Day Warranty on Parts and OEM Accessories Vetra Powersports Inc. offers a 30-day warranty, effective from the date of delivery, for all parts and OEM accessories included with the unit.
365-Day Warranty for Power System Components Vetra Powersports Inc. offers a 365-day warranty, effective from the date of delivery, on key power system components, including the motor, controller, and battery.

Warranty Exclusions

The Limited Warranty does not cover:

Normal Wear Components: This includes, but is not limited to, brake components, seals, bearings, chains, suspension components, tires, rims, grips, and handlebars.
Misuse or Abuse of the Product: This includes any damage caused by accidents, collisions, or general neglect.
Alterations and Unauthorized Modifications: Any modifications to the factory wiring, installation of non-genuine Vetra parts, or use of the product in racing or competition will void this Limited Warranty.
Improper Handling and Storage: Misuse in charging, discharging, or improperly storing the unit will also void this Limited Warranty.

Additional Terms:

This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and is only valid for the original purchaser.
Proof of purchase, such as the original receipt from Vetra Powersports Inc. or an authorized Vetra Powersports Inc. dealer, is required to claim the warranty.
