Enabling Off-Road mode on VSETT Scooters
- Begin by locating some small wire cutting tool. Small cutting pliers or scissors will work just fine.
- On your scooter, locate the wire loom that comes out of the scooter deck and up the stem.
- At the base of the wire loom, untwist the cable covering to reveal the two small white wires running up the loom.
- Separate the white wires from the rest of the loom, and cut one of the white wires using your wire cutters (It does not matter which white wire is cut - they are actually the same wire looped through to enable ease of access).
- If you do not see the white wires, begin by rotating the wire loom to ensure the white wire is not wrapped around the back of the loom. If you are still unable to find the white wires, your scooter may have already had the off-road mode activated. Please try free-spinning the motor to ensure it is still limited. If you are still unable to find the white wires, remove the cover under the neck of the scooter to reveal the wire loom beneath the neck of the scooter, and locate the white wire to be cut beneath the neck.
