Ventus V1+ EVO | Electric Dirt Bike

The Ventus V1+ EVO brings serious power to motocross tracks, technical singletrack, and open desert. With 32 kW of peak power, adjustable ride settings, and a 159 lb weight including the battery, it gives riders the tools to match the bike’s response to the terrain. The real draw is the complete package: RFloXa suspension, LBN four-piston hydraulic brakes, forged aluminum wheels, and smartphone tuning through the Ventus app.
Power You Can Dial In
A Ryuga Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor pairs with the Aetos Pro Smart Controller to deliver smooth throttle response and strong acceleration. Adjust power delivery, throttle sensitivity, ride maps, and regenerative braking from your phone. That flexibility helps when moving between tight, traction-sensitive trails and faster, more open riding.
- Motor: 52 kW Ryuga Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM)
- Bike peak power: 32,000 W (32 kW)
- Peak torque: 700 N·m
- Controller: Aetos Pro Smart Controller
- Top speed: Up to 87 mph (140 km/h)
- Ride tuning: Adjustable power delivery, throttle response, regenerative braking, multiple ride maps, and Wheelie Mode through the Ventus mobile app
- Primary drive: HTD 8M belt
- Secondary drive: 420 chain
The belt-and-chain drivetrain balances quiet operation with efficient power transfer and durability. The motor is designed to manage heat under demanding conditions while maintaining controllable power across its operating range.
72V BK51 Battery System
The high-output BK51 NCM lithium battery uses high-discharge cells engineered for strong current delivery, improved thermal performance, and consistent output under demanding riding conditions. Through the Aetos Pro controller and Ventus app, riders can monitor the bike, check live diagnostics, adjust performance settings, and receive firmware updates.
- Battery: 72V 51Ah BK51 NCM lithium battery
- Cells: High-discharge BK51 NCM lithium cells
- Overcurrent protection: 450A
- Charging time: Approximately 4.2 hours
- Range: Up to 71 miles (115 km) at 25 mph (40 km/h)
- Connectivity: Bluetooth app integration, real-time diagnostics, adjustable ride settings, and over-the-air firmware updates
The stated range is measured at a steady 25 mph. Faster riding, frequent acceleration, terrain, and rider weight affect how far you can travel on a charge.
RFloXa Suspension Built for Rough Ground
Suspension matters just as much as power when the trail gets rough. The RFloXa Hawk33 fork combines improved small-bump compliance with enhanced bottoming resistance, helping the front wheel track uneven ground while providing support for bigger hits. The RFloXa RAB50RC rear shock works with a multi-link suspension system to support traction and stability.
Front Fork
- Model: RFloXa Hawk33 inverted fork
- Fork length: 775 mm
- Spring: Progressive 45–60 lb
- Adjustments: Fully adjustable compression and rebound
- Internal valving: Race-developed design
-
Performance: Improved small-bump compliance and enhanced bottoming resistance
Rear Shock
- Model: RFloXa RAB50RC
- Reservoir: External nitrogen reservoir
- Adjustments: Fully adjustable compression and rebound
- Suspension layout: Multi-link rear suspension
- Spring rate: 450 lb
Compression adjustment changes how the suspension responds as it compresses, while rebound controls how quickly it extends afterward. Having both adjustments lets riders tune support and recovery for different surfaces and riding styles.
LBN Four-Piston Braking
The EVO upgrades the previous 74.2 mm brake mount to a 95.5 mm mounting standard, making room for larger braking components. Large LBN four-piston hydraulic calipers and 220 mm rotors front and rear provide increased braking force, improved modulation, greater heat capacity, and better fade resistance during aggressive riding. That combination is especially useful on repeated corner entries and technical descents.
- Calipers: Large LBN four-piston hydraulic brake calipers
- Front rotor: 220 mm
- Rear rotor: 220 mm
- Brake mount: 95.5 mm, upgraded from 74.2 mm
- Electronic braking: Linear response with a hydraulic-style feel and adjustable regenerative braking
-
Stated energy-saving claim: 30% battery savings from electronic braking; actual savings depend on riding conditions and settings
Forged Aluminum Chassis and Wheels
A lightweight forged aluminum chassis is engineered for high rigidity, responsive handling, and reduced overall weight. Forged three-spoke aluminum wheels pair a 19-inch front with a 16-inch rear for a planted, maneuverable setup across tracks and technical off-road terrain.
- Frame: Lightweight forged aluminum
- Wheels: Forged three-spoke aluminum
- Front wheel: 19-inch
