Activating off-road or track mode will increase vehicle performance and top speed, but please note that your PEV may no longer be legal for street use in this mode. It’s essential to check and follow all applicable local laws and regulations when riding.

Stomp Distribution Ltd, ensures that your pit bike or part will be free of parts defects under the following conditions:

Stomp Distribution Ltd provides a 30 day parts only warranty period from date of original retail purchase. Your bike has been supplied in a crate, it is entirely your responsibility to ensure a qualified motorcycle mechanic puts your bike together correctly. Failure to do so will invalidate the warranty supplied with your bike To claim for warranty, you will need a copy of the bike PDI.

Stomp Distribution extends the following trade warranty coverage for electric bike components:
1, Battery:
Coverage: 1 year from the date of purchase.
Stomp Distribution guarantees the battery, encompassing any defects in materials and workmanship. In the event of battery failure within the stipulated warranty period, a replacement will be provided (All depleted batteries should be returned to Stomp Distribution for recycling). Diagnosis of a fault must be conducted by an authorized EBOX dealer.
Batteries will not be eligible for coverage if brake kill switches are removed or if the instructions outlined in the EBOX user manual are not adhered to.

Specifically, during periods of vehicle inactivity, it is essential to recharge the battery at least once a month until regular use is reinstated. Failure to turn off the power switch or neglecting to charge the product for an extended duration may result in the battery reaching a state where it is unable to retain a charge.

2. Motor, Controller, and Other Components:
Coverage: 6 months from the date of purchase.
Stomp Distribution provides a trade warranty for the motor, controller, and all other electric bike components, excluding wear and tear parts. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. In the event of a failure of any of these components within the specified trade warranty period, replacement parts will be sent to be fitted by a qualified mechanic.

Warranty invalid if EBOX modified or upgraded in any way. This includes but not exclusive to:

-Disconnecting brake switches
-Bypassing BMS
-Battery voltage changes or battery changes
-Motor/controller changes
-Other electrical modifications
-Mechanical hardware changes suspension etc.
Exclusions: This trade warranty does not cover the following wear and tear parts unless there is a factory defect:
• Tyres
• Brake pads
• Brake discs
• Chain
• Sprocket
• Plastics
• Wheels
• Bearings
• Suspension
• Grips
• Seat
