The E Ride Pro SS 4.0 is the next generation of the E Ride Pro off-road platform. With 18kW peak motor power, a new 72V 50Ah pouch-cell battery, four selectable ride modes, and the same robust suspension platform found on the E Ride Pro SR, the SS 4.0 is built for serious trail riding and closed-course performance.

It accelerates from 0 to 30 mph in approximately 2 seconds and can reach speeds up to 62 mph under appropriate off-road conditions. The combination of strong motor output, a durable controller, SR-spec FASTACE suspension, and upgraded hydraulic brakes gives riders the power to push harder without sacrificing control.

The SS 4.0 builds on the E Ride Pro SS 3.0 with more peak power, a new pouch-cell battery, an added Race mode, and a more advanced suspension package. Race-Ready Electric Performance

The SS 4.0 is powered by an electric motor rated at 7kW with an 18kW peak output. It can accelerate from 0 to 30 mph in approximately 2 seconds and reach speeds up to 62 mph. That gives the SS 4.0 the quick response needed for technical climbs, open trails, and closed-course riding.

Eco mode helps stretch available range, while Sport provides responsive power for general off-road riding. Race mode unlocks the bike's most aggressive performance, and Reverse makes it easier to back out of tight trails, garages, trailers, and crowded pit areas.

New 72V Pouch-Cell Battery

The new 72V 50Ah swappable pouch-cell lithium battery provides 3,600Wh of capacity. Estimated range is more than 64 miles at 25 mph or more than 100 miles at 15 mph. Range will vary with terrain, speed, rider weight, temperature, tire pressure, riding mode, and throttle use.

Charging from 20% to 90% takes approximately 3.5 hours. The removable design also makes battery access easier for charging, service, or replacement.

Robust E Ride Pro SR Suspension

The SS 4.0 shares the same durable front and rear suspension platform found on the E Ride Pro SR. Its upgraded FASTACE suspension combines 220mm of travel, a 775mm overall front suspension length, and a 600 lb rear shock spring.

This setup gives the bike the support needed for rough terrain, jumps, deep ruts, braking bumps, and fast trail sections. The adjustable rear linkage provides 0.5 inches of adjustment, allowing riders to fine-tune chassis balance and suspension response for their weight and riding style.

A reinforced frame and swingarm support the increased motor power. The direct-mount stem improves steering control, while CNC foot pegs provide a secure platform when standing through technical sections.

Heavy-Duty Drivetrain

The SS 4.0 uses a widened 22mm heavy-duty drive pulley with mud drainage grooves to help maintain dependable operation in loose and muddy conditions. A 58-tooth rear sprocket and durable 428 chain provide precise power delivery, while the upgraded 12mm jackshaft bolt is built to handle the torque produced by the 18kW motor.

Straight-pull hubs add wheel strength and help simplify spoke maintenance. Together, these drivetrain and wheel upgrades give the SS 4.0 the durability needed for repeated acceleration, rough terrain, and harder off-road use.

Hydraulic and Regenerative Braking

The braking system features 3mm rotors, 100mm DOT brake calipers, and DOT 4 hydraulic operation. These components provide the mechanical stopping strength needed to control a high-performance electric dirt bike.

Automatic regenerative braking converts a portion of the bike's deceleration energy back into battery power. Dedicated brake-line holders keep the lines secured along the forks and fork guard for better organization and added protection.

All-Terrain Versatility

The E Ride Pro SS 4.0 is designed for off-road terrain, including dirt trails, tracks, rocky sections, hills, and mountainous riding conditions. Its combination of ground clearance, suspension travel, battery capacity, and adjustable power delivery allows riders to set the bike up for everything from range-focused exploring to aggressive closed-course sessions.

Functional Bodywork and Lighting

A new side plate provides additional battery coverage and can double as a number plate for racing identification or custom graphics. The lower bash guard helps protect the motor and other critical components from rocks, roots, and trail debris.

Integrated front and rear blinkers create a clean lighting package. The headlight and taillight can also be switched off when the main lights are not needed. These lighting features do not automatically make the SS 4.0 legal for use on public roads.

Electric Performance Without Tailpipe Emissions

The SS 4.0 produces no tailpipe emissions during operation and eliminates engine oil changes, fuel mixing, and many of the routine maintenance items associated with gas-powered dirt bikes. Its quiet electric drivetrain also makes it a practical option for approved riding areas where noise is a concern.
