The 2027 Altis Sigma builds on the major performance upgrades introduced with the 2026 Sigma rather than completely changing a platform that already works extremely well. The 98V power system, 35Ah Samsung battery, 25kW peak motor, full-size braking setup, and proven Sigma chassis carry the foundation forward, while Altis focused the 2027 updates on torque, suspension adjustability, lighting, and wheel configuration.
The biggest performance change is torque. The 2027 Sigma produces an impressive 688 Nm of torque with the 39T sprocket, up from the 601 Nm figure listed for the 2026 model. Peak motor output remains a serious 25kW, or approximately 34 HP. The 2027 Standard model is rated for 75+ mph with its 18-inch rear wheel, giving riders a combination of acceleration, usable top-end power, and a more traditional off-road wheel setup.
Altis also updated the suspension for 2027 with an adjustable off-road dual-spring setup. The previous dual-spring design was already one of the meaningful improvements made to the 2026 Sigma. Adding adjustability gives riders more control over how the bike behaves for their weight, terrain, and riding style. A new Baja-style headlight rounds out the most noticeable changes up front.
Wheel sizing has also changed for the new model year. The 2027 Sigma Standard comes with a 19-inch front and 18-inch rear, while the 2027 Sigma MX uses a 19-inch front and 16-inch rear. That gives the Standard a larger rear wheel for stability and general trail riding, while the MX keeps the smaller rear wheel for riders looking for a more dirt-focused setup.
From our perspective at REV Rides, the Sigma has always stood out because it is not only about throwing a huge peak-power number on a spec sheet. The throttle curve, comfortable rider triangle, seat, chassis, suspension, and usable power delivery are what make the bike work as a complete package. For 2027, Altis did not need to reinvent the Sigma. They added torque and made a few targeted changes in areas riders can actually feel on the trail.

Why the Sigma Platform Stands Out
Power is only useful when the chassis can put it to the ground. That is where the Sigma platform continues to separate itself. The 25kW hairpin motor provides serious output, while the dual-spring suspension, full-size 4-piston hydraulic brakes, forged aluminum chassis, and high-voltage battery system give the bike the supporting hardware needed to use that performance.
The increase to 688 Nm of torque for 2027 from the previous 601 nm tq on the 2026 should be especially noticeable to riders who spend more time accelerating out of corners, climbing, and riding loose or technical terrain. At the same time, adjustable suspension gives riders another way to dial the chassis around their weight and riding conditions instead of being locked into a single factory setup.

Warranty Exclusions
This Limited Warranty does not cover the following:

- Misuse, abuse, or accidents: including collisions, neglect, or improper operation.
- Alterations or unauthorized modifications: including tampering with factory wiring, installation of non-genuine parts, or racing/competition use.
- Improper handling or storage: including incorrect charging, discharging, or storage of the unit.
Warranty Claim Process
- Submit warranty claim to your original authorized dealer.
- For approved claims, defective components must be returned to Altis Powersports for technical evaluation before a replacement is issued.
- Proof of purchase (receipt from Altis Powersports Inc. or an authorized dealer) is required to process all warranty claims.
Warranty Timeframe Exception
- The only exception to the stated warranty timeframes is if the required replacement part is temporarily out of stock.
- As long as the claim was submitted within the valid warranty timeframe, Altis Powersports will honor the claim and provide a replacement once the part becomes available.
Additional Terms
- This warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
- Altis Powersports Inc. reserves the right to determine, after inspection, whether a component is covered under warranty.
