ALTIS SIGMA MX vs. ALTIS SIGMA

A: The Altis Sigma adjusts its performance based on temperature and battery charge (SOC) to protect its battery and ensure reliability. It limits power in extreme temperatures (below 70°F or above 140°F) or when the State of Charge decreases, ensuring safe operation and prolonging battery life. In cold weather, warming the battery may temporarily reduce available power.

30-Day Warranty on Parts and OEM Accessories Altis Powersports Inc. offers a 30-day warranty, effective from the date of delivery, for all parts and OEM accessories included with the unit.
365-Day Warranty for Power System Components Altis Powersports Inc. offers a 365-day warranty, effective from the date of delivery, on key power system components, including the motor, controller, and battery.
Warranty Exclusions
The Limited Warranty does not cover:
Normal Wear Components: This includes, but is not limited to, brake components, seals, bearings, chains, suspension components, tires, rims, grips, and handlebars.
Misuse or Abuse of the Product: This includes any damage caused by accidents, collisions, or general neglect.
Alterations and Unauthorized Modifications: Any modifications to the factory wiring, installation of non-genuine Altis parts, or use of the product in racing or competition will void this Limited Warranty.
Improper Handling and Storage: Misuse in charging, discharging, or improperly storing the unit will also void this Limited Warranty.
Additional Terms
This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and is only valid for the original purchaser.
Proof of purchase, such as the original receipt from Altis Powersports Inc. or an authorized Altis Powersports Inc. dealer, is required to claim the warranty.

Look I’m new to this road my friends this is a top tier moto! I came from mountain biking enduro. Started having some health issues so can’t MTB like I used to. (Disabled Veteran) body just can’t pedal like I used to can’t wait till I can afford one these best moto ever. I grew up riding a KX 125 2 stroke Kawasaki. Thie Stigma out performed that. Just got my Altis Sigma 19/19 and it rips. The bike feels so stable and has great throttle control. App was super easy to set up and update the firmware. Huge shoutout to Patrick from rev rides for helping us out with a connection/wiring issue after hours and helping us get it fixed. Great customer service and an absolute beast of a bike.
