Performance Brake Rotors for SurRon, E Ride Pro & Talaria

The Volar Sport 2.3mm Brake Rotors are a performance braking upgrade designed for electric dirt bikes equipped with Volar Sport brake calipers. For SurRon and E Ride Pro applications, these rotors are for the rear brake only. Talaria MX5 Sting Pro applications are available for both front and rear depending on the selected configuration.

At 2.3mm thick, these rotors provide a more substantial braking surface for riders pushing their braking systems with higher speeds, added power, repeated hard stops, steep descents, and aggressive trail riding. Paired with Volar Sport calipers, the rotor becomes part of a complete braking system designed for stronger and more consistent performance.

Important: These rotors are designed for Volar Sport brake calipers only. They are NOT compatible with stock brake calipers. We also cannot guarantee compatibility with other aftermarket brake systems due to differences in caliper clearance, pad spacing, brackets, and mounting configurations.

Talaria MX5 Sting Pro Floating Brake Rotors

The Talaria MX5 Sting Pro TL5500 uses a dedicated Volar Sport floating brake disc setup available in 228mm or 250mm. The front and rear of the MX5 use the same brake disc bolt pattern, allowing these discs to be installed on either the front or rear when paired with the correct mounting hardware.

Depending on the selected MX5 rotor configuration, the kit includes the necessary 4mm caliper spacers or caliper relocation adapter along with the required brake caliper bolts.

MX5 Fitment Note: The MX5 Sting Pro brake discs fit either the front or rear because the rotor bolt pattern is the same at both ends. The MX5-specific floating rotor kits are compatible only with the Talaria Sting Pro TL5500.

Please note: These 2.3mm rotors will NOT fit stock brake calipers. They are made for Volar Sport brake calipers. If your bike is still running the factory brake system, these are not a direct replacement for your stock rotors.
