The KyVex Billet Cush Jackshaft is designed to solve one of the most overlooked weak points in the Surron Light Bee X drivetrain. Every time you accelerate or let off the throttle, shock loads are transferred through the rear sprocket hub. On higher-powered bikes, those repeated impacts can accelerate wear on the chain, sprocket, jackshaft, and other drivetrain components.

Precision CNC-machined from solid 6061 billet aluminum, the KyVex Cush Jack helps absorb and dampen drivetrain shock before it reaches critical components. The result is smoother power delivery, reduced drivetrain stress, quieter operation, and a more refined riding experience, especially on bikes with upgraded motors, controllers, or batteries.

Installation is completely bolt-on with no cutting, fabrication, or special tools required. It installs in place of the factory component using the included hardware, making it an easy upgrade that pays off every time you ride.

Like every KyVex performance component, the Billet Cush Jack is proudly made in the USA from premium billet aluminum, not cast or stamped parts. It's available in six anodized finishes so you can match the look of your build while upgrading performance and durability.
