Heavy Hitter 420 Primary Chain Drive Conversion Kit | Ultra-Light 42-Link Setup | By REV Rides | For Sur Ron, Segway, E-Ride Pro, Ventus & Falcon

Stock belts break. This doesn’t.

If you're pushing real torque — upgraded motors, tuned controllers, hard launches — your stock belt drive won't last. The Heavy Hitter 420 Primary Chain Drive Kit was built to fix that. This is the lightest, most efficient 420 chain setup on the market, tested and proven on high-output bikes running EBMX, Sotion, and Torp systems.

Unlike bulky conversions with excessive drag, rubber dampers, or noise traps, this kit is designed to run clean and fast. It keeps the OEM gear ratio and motor alignment but sheds weight, reduces rotating mass, and boosts long-term reliability — all without sacrificing performance.

Kit Includes:

  • 7075-T6 Billet Aluminum Rear Sprocket — Lightweight, black anodized
  • 52100 Tool Steel Front Sprocket — Nitrided surface for max durability
  • 42-Link Japanese 420 Chain — Non-sealed for lowest resistance, includes master link

Why Run This Kit:

  • Lightest 420 primary kit on the market
  • Maintains OEM gear ratio and motor alignment
  • No rubber dampers — no grit build-up or premature wear
  • Low-drag chain design = better power delivery
  • Precision-machined sprockets = smooth high-RPM performance
  • Simple to maintain and swap out — perfect for race weekends

Fitment:

  • Sur Ron Light Bee X
  • Segway X260 / X160
  • E-Ride Pro SS / SS 2.0 / SR
  • Ventus One / +
  • 79Bike Falcon pro GT
  • EBMX XLB Series Motors MUST be properly shimmed, or else you will have side wear to the sprockets!!

Important Notice: When installing, make sure your chain tension is not tight! Any chain drive that you install should have loose chain tension!

Install Tips:

⚠️ Chain tension matters. This kit must be installed with loose chain tension — not tight. A tight chain can cause premature wear or damage. Always double-check alignment and slack after installation.

This kit will be louder than a belt — no way around that. But it's no louder than other chain kits and can be made quieter with an O-ring chain (though that may add some drag).

Built to ride hard. Built to last. Heavy Hitter is your answer to broken belts and bloated chain kits. Run it, abuse it, repeat.
