The V2 system pairs a lightweight CNC-machined 7075-T6 aluminum rear pulley with a heat-treated 420J2 steel front pulley. This hybrid construction keeps rotating weight under control while adding strength where the drive system sees concentrated wear and load.

The 23-tooth front and 51-tooth rear pulley combination provides dependable engagement across the belt. Better alignment and consistent tooth contact can help reduce unwanted belt movement while delivering a smoother connection between the motor and drivetrain.

Choose an 18mm or 20mm carbon-reinforced belt to match your build. The 18mm option is well suited to stock and moderately upgraded bikes, while the wider 20mm belt provides additional contact area for riders running higher-power configurations or demanding riding conditions.
