Wheel Size and Rim Width Options

• 2.15-inch front rim: Quick steering with a responsive, agile feel
• 2.50-inch front rim: Increased front-end stability and greater confidence under braking
• 2.50-inch rear rim: Balanced handling with predictable traction
• 3.00-inch rear rim: Supports a wider tire for improved cornering grip
• 3.50-inch and wider rear rims: Provide the largest contact patch, enhanced stability, and an aggressive supermoto stance for platforms designed to support wider fitments

Rim width changes how the bike steers, settles under braking, and uses the tire’s available contact patch. A narrower setup generally feels more agile, while a wider rear can add cornering grip and stability when the bike has enough clearance to support it.

Every Blackline wheelset is hand-assembled, precision-trued, and fully inspected in-house by the Rippin Moto team. Careful attention is given to hub alignment, spoke tension, and wheel runout to promote accurate handling, durability, and stability at speed.

That attention matters when the bike is leaned over, changing direction quickly, or carrying a heavy braking load. Consistent spoke tension and proper truing help the front and rear wheels respond predictably, giving the rider a more connected and confident feel on pavement.

Built-to-Order Lead Time and Shipping

Every Blackline wheelset is built and finished in-house to order. Please allow approximately 2 to 3 weeks for assembly and final quality inspection, plus transit time based on your location.
