Supermoto riding puts substantial force through the rims, hubs, and spokes. Strong tire grip, rapid direction changes, repeated braking, and sustained pavement speeds all demand a wheelset that can remain accurate under pressure. Blackline wheels meet those demands with high-strength materials and precision in-house assembly.
The wheels arrive without tires installed, giving you control over tire profile and compound selection. A complete Ready-To-Ride Blackline system is also available with compatible tires and components professionally installed for a turnkey setup.
Wheel Size and Rim Width Options
Blackline Supermoto Wheelsets are available in several diameter and rim-width configurations to support different tire profiles, bike platforms, and handling preferences. Compatible wheel choices are automatically filtered after you select your bike model. Any setup marked “Unavailable” cannot currently be ordered for that selection.

Rim width changes the shape of the mounted tire and the way the bike responds. A narrower setup generally provides quicker side-to-side transitions. A wider rear rim can increase the available contact patch and give the bike a more planted feel during acceleration and cornering. Every Blackline wheelset is hand-assembled, precision-trued, and fully inspected in-house by the Rippin Moto team. Each build receives careful attention to hub alignment, spoke tension, wheel runout, and final finish.
Accurate runout and balanced spoke tension help the wheels react consistently as cornering and braking loads change. This detailed build process supports precise steering, predictable handling, and improved stability at speed.
