Every set is assembled, tensioned, inspected, and finished in-house by Rippin Moto. The build process checks proper alignment and true rolling balance, with careful attention to spoke tension for durability through impacts and harsh terrain.

7116-T6 aluminum rims provide a strong foundation for aggressive terrain, paired with precision-machined 6061-T6 aluminum hubs engineered for strength, accurate alignment, and long service life. Heavy-duty stainless steel spokes add tensile strength, while aluminum spoke nipples resist corrosion and support consistent tension.

Proper spoke tension helps distribute loads throughout the wheel when the ground gets rough. Combined with the selected off-road tire pairing, this construction supports predictable handling, traction, braking control, and stability as you move between technical singletrack, open desert, and track sections.

What Ready-to-Ride Includes

Your wheel and tire combination is pre-configured, assembled, and supplied with the tires already mounted. There is no separate tire sizing decision or additional tire mounting to arrange, making the RTR package a convenient way to complete the wheels and tires for your Komodo build.

Finish and Accent Colors

Choose Black, Silver, Red, Gold, Blue, Purple, Green, or Magnesium accents. Color selections apply to the hubs and spoke nipple hardware, letting you personalize the clean Blackline appearance while retaining the same strength-focused materials and construction.

Build Time and Shipping

All Blackline Off-Road RTR wheelsets are built and finished in-house to order. Please allow approximately 3-4 weeks for assembly, inspection, and shipment. Orders are fulfilled in the order received.

Magnesium accents require one additional week of processing time for anodizing. Tracking and delivery updates are sent by email once your wheels ship. If you need your set by a specific date, contact REV Rides before ordering so we can confirm timing.
