Each Blackline RTR wheelset is assembled, tensioned, inspected, and finished in-house by the Rippin Moto team. What Makes the Blackline Build Stand Out

7116-T6 aluminum rims are paired with 6061-T6 aluminum hubs for a strength-focused wheel assembly. Heavy-duty stainless steel spokes provide tensile strength and durability, while aluminum spoke nipples resist corrosion and support consistent tension. Proper spoke tension helps distribute riding loads throughout the wheel, making the assembly process just as important as the component selection.

The included Bridgestone Battlecross tire pairings complete the package. Each RTR option comes with a specified wheel and tire combination, saving you the work of choosing tire sizes and arranging tire mounting separately.

Hub and Spoke Nipple Colors

Choose from Black, Silver, Red, Gold, Blue, Purple, Green, or Magnesium. Accent colors apply to the hubs and spoke nipple hardware, letting you coordinate the details with your bike while keeping the clean Blackline look.

Every Blackline Off-Road Wheelset RTR variant is pre-configured and includes tires. The table below covers the Blackline RTR lineup. Your selected bike and size option determine the wheel dimensions and mounted tire pairing you receive.

All sizes are listed front / rear. Wheel dimensions show diameter × rim width in inches. Select the configuration for your specific bike and model year where listed.

Build Time and Shipping

All Blackline Off-Road RTR wheelsets are built and finished in-house to order. Allow approximately 3-4 weeks for assembly, inspection, and shipment. Orders are fulfilled in the order received.

Magnesium accents require one additional week of processing for anodizing. Tracking and delivery updates are sent by email once your wheelset ships. If you need your wheels by a specific date, contact REV Rides before ordering so we can confirm timing.
