The Rippin Moto Blackline Ready-to-Ride Off-Road Wheelset combines durable wheel construction with mounted off-road tires, giving you a complete wheel and tire package for demanding terrain. Designed for trail riding, desert runs, hard enduro, and motocross-style use, the Blackline focuses on strength, predictable handling, and dependable traction.

Rippin Moto hand-assembles, tensions, inspects, and finishes every set in-house. Checks for proper alignment and true rolling balance support consistent performance, while careful spoke tensioning helps the wheel distribute loads through repeated impacts.

Premium Materials for Rough Terrain

7116-T6 aluminum rims provide a strong foundation for aggressive off-road riding. They are paired with precision-machined 6061-T6 aluminum hubs engineered for strength, alignment accuracy, and long service life.

Heavy-duty stainless steel spokes add tensile strength and durability, while aluminum spoke nipples provide corrosion resistance and support consistent tension. The quality comes from both the components and the way they are assembled, especially when rocks, ruts, and rough landings become part of the ride.

What Ready-to-Ride Includes

Each RTR package includes its specified tires, mounted before delivery. The wheel and tire combination is pre-configured for the selected option, removing the need to source tires separately or arrange additional tire mounting.

Both listed Light Bee X packages use the same Bridgestone Battlecross X30 tire sizes. The difference is rim width: one uses a 1.60-inch front and 1.85-inch rear rim, while the other uses a 1.85-inch front and 2.15-inch rear rim. Compare the complete dimensions when choosing your setup.

Sizes below are listed front / rear. Wheel dimensions show diameter × rim width in inches. Exact wheel dimensions and tire pairings are supplied for the Light Bee X; contact REV Rides to confirm the configuration for the other compatible models.

The specified tire sizes reflect the exact tires mounted on those RTR options. Review your configuration before ordering. Send REV Rides your bike model and year if you need help selecting the correct package.

Hub and Spoke Nipple Colors

Choose from Black, Silver, Red, Gold, Blue, Purple, Green, and Magnesium. Accent colors apply to the hubs and spoke nipple hardware, letting you coordinate the clean Blackline appearance with your bike while retaining the same strength-focused construction.

Build Time and Shipping

All Blackline Off-Road RTR wheelsets are built and finished in-house to order. Please allow approximately 3-4 weeks for assembly, inspection, and shipment. Orders are fulfilled in the order received.

Magnesium accents require one additional week of processing time for anodizing. Tracking and delivery updates are sent by email once your wheels ship. If you need your set by a specific date, contact REV Rides before ordering so we can confirm timing.
