Each set is hand-assembled, tensioned, inspected, and finished in-house by Rippin Moto. That process checks proper alignment and true rolling balance while establishing consistent spoke tension, an important part of helping a wheel distribute loads through repeated impacts.

Strong Components, Carefully Assembled

7116-T6 aluminum rims provide the impact-focused foundation, paired with 6061-T6 aluminum hubs machined for strength, alignment accuracy, and long service life. Heavy-duty stainless steel spokes add tensile strength, while aluminum spoke nipples provide corrosion resistance and support consistent tension.

The listed Stark Varg package uses a 21-inch front and 18-inch rear wheel with mounted Bridgestone Battlecross X20 tires. Having the tire model, dimensions, and wheel sizes specified together makes it easier to plan your setup before ordering. The Blackline design keeps the overall appearance clean and understated, with customizable accents on the hubs and spoke nipple hardware. Build Time and Shipping

All Blackline Off-Road RTR wheelsets are built and finished in-house to order. Allow approximately 3-4 weeks for assembly, inspection, and shipment. Orders are fulfilled in the order received.
