Designed for trail riding, desert terrain, hard enduro, and motocross-style use, it puts strength and predictable handling at the center of the package.

Every set is hand-assembled, tensioned, inspected, and finished in-house by Rippin Moto. Proper alignment, true rolling balance, and consistent spoke tension all receive attention before shipment, helping the finished wheelset stand up to demanding riding conditions.

Quality You Can See in the Components

7116-T6 aluminum rims are paired with precision-machined 6061-T6 aluminum hubs for strength, alignment accuracy, and long service life. Heavy-duty stainless steel spokes provide tensile strength and durability, while aluminum spoke nipples resist corrosion and support consistent tension.

Those materials work best with careful assembly. Proper spoke tension helps distribute loads throughout the wheel as it encounters impacts. The included off-road tire pairings complete the setup, supporting traction, braking control, and stability through technical singletrack, desert sections, and track riding.

Ready-to-Ride Wheel and Tire Packages

Each RTR option includes its specified tires, mounted before delivery. The combination is pre-configured, so you can order wheels and tires together without arranging a separate tire purchase or additional tire mounting.

Both listed SS 2.0 packages use the same Bridgestone Battlecross X30 tire sizes. One pairs a 1.60-inch front rim with a 1.85-inch rear rim; the other uses a 1.85-inch front and 2.15-inch rear. Compare the rim widths when selecting your option, since the tire sizes alone do not distinguish these packages.

Fitment & Included Tire Pairings

Sizes below are listed front / rear. Wheel dimensions show diameter × rim width in inches. The SS 2.0 tire sizes identify the exact tires mounted on each listed configuration.

Finish and Accent Colors

Choose Black, Silver, Red, Gold, Blue, Purple, Green, or Magnesium accents. Color selections apply to the hubs and spoke nipple hardware, giving you a way to coordinate the clean Blackline appearance with your bike while retaining the same strength-focused construction.

Build Time and Shipping

All Blackline Off-Road RTR wheelsets are built and finished in-house to order. Please allow approximately 3-4 weeks for assembly, inspection, and shipment. Orders are fulfilled in the order received.

Magnesium accents require one additional week of processing time for anodizing. Tracking and delivery updates are sent by email once your wheels ship. If you need your set by a specific date, contact REV Rides before ordering so we can confirm timing.
