The Rippin Moto Blackline Ready-to-Ride Off-Road Wheelset brings hand-built construction and mounted off-road tires to your Arctic Leopard build, with materials selected for strength, durability, and dependable handling.

Rippin Moto assembles, tensions, inspects, and finishes every set in-house. Designed for trail riding, desert terrain, hard enduro, and motocross-style use, the Blackline pairs high-strength components with off-road tires selected to support traction, braking control, and stability.

Built to Handle Rough Ground

7116-T6 aluminum rims provide the foundation for impact resistance, while precision-machined 6061-T6 aluminum hubs support accurate alignment and long service life. Heavy-duty stainless steel spokes add tensile strength, paired with aluminum spoke nipples for corrosion resistance and consistent tension.

Careful assembly helps those components work together. Proper spoke tension distributes loads throughout the wheel, while checks for alignment and true rolling balance support predictable handling through repeated impacts and demanding riding conditions.

Ready-to-Ride, With Tires Mounted

Each RTR package includes a pre-configured wheel and tire combination with tires mounted before delivery. The tire sizes are selected for the listed option, removing the need to source tires separately or arrange additional tire mounting.

For the XE PRO S, both 19/16 packages use the same listed tire sizes with different rim widths. The 19/18 package changes the rear wheel diameter and includes a 100/100-18 rear tire. Compare the full wheel and tire specifications when selecting your setup.

Fitment & Included Tire Pairings

Sizes below are listed front / rear. Wheel dimensions show diameter × rim width in inches. The specified tire sizes identify the exact tires mounted on each listed RTR option.

XE PRO R wheel dimensions and tire pairings require confirmation before ordering. Review the configuration for your specific model, and send REV Rides your bike model and year if you need help choosing the correct option.

Accent Colors for Your Build

Available colors include Black, Silver, Red, Gold, Blue, Purple, Green, and Magnesium. Accent selections apply to the hubs and spoke nipple hardware, allowing you to personalize the clean Blackline appearance while retaining the same strength-focused construction.

Build Time and Shipping

All Blackline Off-Road RTR wheelsets are built and finished in-house to order. Allow approximately 3-4 weeks for assembly, inspection, and shipment. Orders are fulfilled in the order received.

Magnesium accents require one additional week of processing time for anodizing. Tracking and delivery updates are sent by email once your wheels ship. If you need your set by a specific date, contact REV Rides before ordering so we can confirm timing.
