Rippin Moto hand-assembles, tensions, inspects, and finishes every set in-house. Checks for proper alignment and true rolling balance help establish a consistent build, while careful spoke tensioning supports long-term durability. Strength Where It Counts

7116-T6 aluminum rims provide an impact-focused foundation, paired with precision-machined 6061-T6 aluminum hubs for strength, accurate alignment, and long service life. Heavy-duty stainless steel spokes add tensile strength, while aluminum spoke nipples resist corrosion and support consistent tension.

A properly tensioned spoke assembly helps distribute riding loads throughout the wheel. Combined with the included off-road tire pairing, the Blackline is designed to support predictable handling, braking control, and stability through technical singletrack, open desert, and demanding track sections.

What Ready-to-Ride Means

The RTR package includes the specified front and rear tires, already mounted on the wheels before delivery. The wheel and tire combination is pre-configured for your selected bike option, so there is no separate tire sizing decision or additional tire mounting to arrange.

Finish and Accent Colors

Keep the Blackline look understated or coordinate it with the rest of your Sigma. Available accent colors are Black, Silver, Red, Gold, Blue, Purple, Green, and Magnesium.

Color selections apply to the hubs and spoke nipple hardware. Each option retains the same strength-focused materials and construction, giving you room to personalize the appearance without changing the wheelset’s design.

Build Time and Shipping

All Blackline Off-Road RTR wheelsets are built and finished in-house to order. Please allow approximately 3-4 weeks for assembly, inspection, and shipment. Orders are fulfilled in the order received.

Magnesium accents require one additional week of processing time for anodizing. Tracking and delivery updates are sent by email once your wheels ship. If you need your set by a specific date, contact REV Rides before ordering so we can confirm timing.
