Every Blackline Off-Road Wheelset is assembled, trued, finished, and inspected in-house. The Rippin Moto team checks hub alignment, spoke tension, wheel accuracy, and overall finish to make sure each set is ready for demanding use.

Proper spoke tension and accurate truing do more than keep a wheel straight. They help distribute impact forces across the wheel, support predictable handling, and reduce unnecessary stress on individual components. That attention to detail matters when the bike is repeatedly hitting rocks, roots, ruts, braking bumps, and hard landings.
