Every Blackline Off-Road Wheelset is hand-assembled, trued, finished, and inspected in-house by the Rippin Moto team. Hub alignment, spoke tension, wheel accuracy, and final finish are carefully checked before the wheelset is approved for shipment.
Accurate truing and consistent spoke tension help distribute impacts across the wheel instead of concentrating stress in one area. This supports better wheel stability, predictable handling, and reliable performance when your bike is working through rocks, roots, jumps, braking bumps, and other harsh terrain.
