Hand-Built and Finished In-House
Every Blackline Off-Road Wheelset is hand-assembled, trued, and inspected in-house by the Rippin Moto team. Hub alignment, spoke tension, wheel accuracy, and final finish are carefully checked to promote dependable handling and long-term reliability.
Proper truing and consistent spoke tension are especially important off-road. Rocks, roots, ruts, jumps, and hard landings repeatedly load the entire wheel assembly. Rippin Moto’s detailed build process creates a wheelset that stays predictable when the trail gets rough and the pace picks up.
