Hand-Built In-House
Every Blackline Off-Road Wheelset is hand-assembled, trued, finished, and inspected by the Rippin Moto team. Hub alignment, spoke tension, wheel accuracy, and final finish are checked throughout the build process.
Even spoke tension helps the wheel share impact forces across the complete structure. This reduces concentrated stress and supports more predictable handling through rocks, roots, braking bumps, ruts, and hard landings. Precise truing also helps the bike track consistently as speed and terrain change.
