Built In-House for Accuracy
Every Blackline wheelset is hand-assembled, trued, finished, and inspected in-house by the Rippin Moto team. Hub alignment, wheel runout, spoke tension, and final finish are carefully checked throughout the process.
Correct truing and balanced spoke tension help the wheel distribute impacts across the complete structure. This supports accurate handling, reduces concentrated stress, and helps the wheels remain stable through rocks, roots, ruts, jumps, and repeated hard landings.

Blackline Off-Road Wheelsets use high-strength components selected for durability, control, and long service life. The 7116-T6 aluminum rims are engineered to withstand aggressive terrain, while precision-machined 6061-T6 aluminum hubs provide a strong and accurately aligned center for each wheel.
