Each Blackline Off-Road Wheelset is hand-assembled, trued, finished, and inspected in-house by the Rippin Moto team. Hub alignment, wheel runout, spoke tension, and final appearance are checked during the build process for accuracy and long-term reliability.
Balanced spoke tension helps spread impact loads throughout the wheel instead of placing excessive stress on a small number of components. Combined with precise truing, this supports stable handling and a more consistent feel when the trail gets rough.
