Every Blackline Off-Road Wheelset is hand-assembled, trued, finished, and inspected in-house by the Rippin Moto team. The build process includes careful checks of hub alignment, spoke tension, wheel accuracy, and final finish.
Consistent spoke tension helps distribute impacts throughout the wheel instead of overloading individual spokes. Accurate truing keeps the wheels running properly and supports stable, predictable handling when crossing ruts, rocks, roots, braking bumps, and jump faces.
