Every Blackline Off-Road Wheelset is hand-assembled, trued, finished, and inspected in-house by the Rippin Moto team. Hub alignment, spoke tension, wheel accuracy, and final finish are carefully checked throughout the build process.
Accurate truing and consistent spoke tension help distribute impacts across the entire wheel. This improves stability, supports predictable handling, and reduces concentrated stress on individual spokes when riding through rocks, roots, ruts, jumps, and hard landings.

Blackline wheels use high-strength components selected for durability, accuracy, and long service life. Impact-resistant 7116-T6 aluminum rims provide a strong outer structure, while precision-machined 6061-T6 aluminum hubs keep the wheels accurately aligned.
