Off-road Top Speed: Altis Delta 17/14 64+ mph

NOTICE: Some vehicles include a “City Mode” that limits top speed to 20 mph, making them compliant with many city and state regulations for use on public roads, bike paths, sidewalks, and parks. Other vehicles may feature an “Off-Road” or “Race” mode, which increases performance and top speed (more than 20mph) but may render the vehicle illegal for use in the city or on public roadways. Vehicles without a “City Mode” and exceed a top speed of 20mph are not for use on public roads, bike paths, sidewalks or in parks, and are intended for off-road, privately owned land or track use only. Always check and follow your local laws and regulations before riding.

Altis Powersports Warranty Coverage for 

bikes purchased after 09/03/2025:

Altis Powersports Warranty Coverage

1. 30-Day Warranty – Workmanship & Operational Issues
   Covers defects in workmanship and operational issues effective from the date of delivery of the unit.
2. 30-Day Warranty – Parts & OEM Accessories
   Covers all standard parts and OEM accessories included with the unit.
3. 365-Day Warranty – Power System Components
   Covers the following components for 1 year (365 days) from delivery. These parts must be returned to Altis Powersports for evaluation:

• • Battery
  • Controller
  • Motor

1. 90-Day Warranty – Display

• • Covers the display for 3 months (90 days) from delivery.
  • The display must be returned to Altis Powersports for evaluation.

1. 30-Day Warranty – All Other Parts

• • Any other covered components not listed above fall under a 30-day warranty.

Warranty Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not cover the following:

• Normal wear items: brake components, seals, bearings, chains, suspension parts, tires, rims, grips, and handlebars.
• Misuse, abuse, or accidents: including collisions, neglect, or improper operation.
• Alterations or unauthorized modifications: including tampering with factory wiring, installation of non-genuine parts, or racing/competition use.
• Improper handling or storage: including incorrect charging, discharging, or storage of the unit.

Warranty Claim Process

• Submit warranty claim to your original authorized dealer.
• For approved claims, defective components must be returned to Altis Powersports for technical evaluation before a replacement is issued.
• Proof of purchase (receipt from Altis Powersports Inc. or an authorized dealer) is required to process all warranty claims.

Warranty Timeframe Exception

• The only exception to the stated warranty timeframes is if the required replacement part is temporarily out of stock.
• As long as the claim was submitted within the valid warranty timeframe, Altis Powersports will honor the claim and provide a replacement once the part becomes available.

Additional Terms

• This warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
• Altis Powersports Inc. reserves the right to determine, after inspection, whether a component is covered under warranty.

2. 30-Day Warranty on Parts and OEM Accessories Altis Powersports Inc. offers a 30-day warranty, effective from the date of delivery, for all parts and OEM accessories included with the unit.
3. 365-Day Warranty for Power System Components Altis Powersports Inc. offers a 365-day warranty, effective from the date of delivery, on key power system components, including the motor, controller, and battery.

Warranty Exclusions

The Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Normal Wear Components: This includes, but is not limited to, brake components, seals, bearings, chains, suspension components, tires, rims, grips, and handlebars.
• Misuse or Abuse of the Product: This includes any damage caused by accidents, collisions, or general neglect.
• Alterations and Unauthorized Modifications: Any modifications to the factory wiring, installation of non-genuine Altis parts, or use of the product in racing or competition will void this Limited Warranty.
• Improper Handling and Storage: Misuse in charging, discharging, or improperly storing the unit will also void this Limited Warranty.

Additional Terms:

• This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and is only valid for the original purchaser.
• Proof of purchase, such as the original receipt from Altis Powersports Inc. or an authorized Altis Powersports Inc. dealer, is required to claim the warranty.
