SHIPPING
We are happy to offer FREE SHIPPING on most* parts and accessory orders over $199 within the lower 48 United States. We do not currently ship outside of the US. For Hawaii and Alaska orders, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Shipping Times:
- Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process, and 3-5 business to deliver.
- Larger orders, including E-motos take longer to process and ship as they ship via freight. Freight orders typically require a scheduled delivery. Before delivery the shipping provider will call you to set a delivery date and time.
- If your item was a pre-order, shipping times vary. Refer to the notes on your items for an estimate.
Lost Packages: If your package gets lost during shipping, please contact us immediately for further assistance.
Damaged Packages: If your package has any substantial damage, do not use install, ride, wear, or use the damaged item from your order. Please contact us immediately for further guidance.
Refused Shipments: Do not refuse shipments unless substantial physical damage to your products is present. Especially with eMotos, Light packaging damage is normal, and refused shipments where the products are undamaged will be treated as returns, subject to restocking fees. View our returns policy here.
Shipping to Canada:
We do ship to Canada, but there are a couple things to know before ordering. The customer is responsible for shipping charges. To see the final shipping cost for your order, please add your items to your cart, continue to checkout, and enter your shipping address. The customer is also responsible for any taxes or import tariffs that might occur.

At REV Rides we understand the importance of having reliable transportation, and having someone available to help on the rare occasion when something goes wrong. Many of our customers rely on their electric vehicles for commuting to work, school, or just daily recreation. Because of this we want to ensure that our customers feel secure with their purchase from REV Rides. Here are just a few things we do to guarantee our customers are taken care of.
1. Before adding any electric vehicle to the REV Rides line up, we vigorously test them and work with the manufacturer to certify they are up to our standards.
2. Most electric vehicles come with a 12-24 month warranty against manufacturer defects. Read more about our warranty below.
3. We have a responsive support team on site in the USA ready to help customers via phone or email.
4. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything we can to make the situation right. Please note: like many forms of micro mobility, your new ride may require maintenance from time to time, sometimes out of the box due to handling while shipping. Seasonal maintenance may need to be performed to keep your ride safe and in optimal operating condition.
5. If you are actively subscribed to our REV Guard PRO protection plan, if you break it while riding, you pay a small deductible, and we fix it or replace it! Your device is fully covered. It is that simple.

Additionally, we offer total peace of mind with a 30-Day Price Protection Guarantee, if we lower the price of an item you’ve purchased from us within 30 days of placing your order, simply contact us, and once we verify eligibility, we’ll either credit or refund you the difference.
1. Competitor Price Match Guarantee
If you find a lower price on an identical item from an authorized retailer, simply contact us and we’ll match it before you complete your purchase.
Eligibility Requirements
- The competitor must be an authorized US dealer of the product at the time of your request.
- The competing product must be identical in brand, model, color, and condition (new, unopened, and factory-sealed).
- The competitor must have the product in stock and available for immediate purchase and delivery.
- The competitor’s price must include comparable shipping methods and costs. If their shipping rate is higher, that difference will be considered in the comparison.
- The offer must be publicly visible and verifiable by our staff. You’ll need to provide a direct link to the product and/or screenshot showing the lower price.
Exclusions
- Unofficial, unauthorized or grey-market sellers (e.g., Alibaba, Aliexpress, Temu), auction sites (e.g., eBay, Whatnot), and social-media marketplaces (e.g., Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace).
- Pricing errors, coupon codes, loyalty points, rebates, membership-only discounts, clearance items, “open-box” or refurbished units.
- Bundle deals or offers that include additional free items or promotions not identical to REV Rides’ current offer.
2. 30-Day Price Protection
If we lower the price of a product you purchased from REV Rides within 30 days of your original order date, contact us—we’ll refund you the difference.
Eligibility Requirements
- The lower price must apply to the exact same product, with the same SKU, offer, and terms.
- The lower price must be publicly listed on REV Rides’ official website. (Special offers, discount, and affiliate codes cannot be applied post-sale.)
- The original purchase must not have included bundled products, free gifts, or promotional discounts that are no longer part of the current offer.
- Requests must be submitted along with all required information within 30 calendar days of your original purchase date.
Exclusions
- Price changes resulting from limited-time promotions including coupon codes, affiliate codes, bundle changes, or shipping discounts are not eligible for refund if the associated offer differs from your original purchase.
- The 30-Day Price Protection does not apply to pre-order items or deposits, demo, used, refurbished, promotional or clearance items.

POTENTIAL FRAUD AND RISK POLICY
In some cases, orders placed on our website are flagged for “Potential Fraud”. Our automated software weighs dozens of factors before issuing this flag. In these instances, we ask that customers provide a picture ID to verify their purchase. The provided ID must meet the following requirements:
- Valid and not expired or undefined
- Clear and distinguishable photo
- Address must match the billing address provided Accepted by the U.S. Government as an acceptable form of photo identification to include the following:
a. U.S. Passport
b. Driver’s license or state issued ID card.
c. ID card issued by federal, state, or local government (provided it contains a photo and date of issue and expiration)
d. U.S. Military ID issued by the Department of Defense
e. Military Dependent ID
f. Native American Tribal ID
g. Permanent Resident Cards
REV Rides cannot process orders that are flagged for “Potential Fraud” without a Photo ID that meets the above criteria. Orders found to be fraudulent will be reported to the appropriate authorities to include the Federal Bureau of Investigations Cyber Crimes Department.

Warranty Exclusions
This Limited Warranty does not cover the following:
- Normal wear items: brake components, seals, bearings, chains, suspension parts, tires, rims, grips, and handlebars.
- Misuse, abuse, or accidents: including collisions, neglect, or improper operation.
- Alterations or unauthorized modifications: including tampering with factory wiring, installation of non-genuine parts, or racing/competition use.
- Improper handling or storage: including incorrect charging, discharging, or storage of the unit.
Warranty Claim Process
- Submit warranty claim to your original authorized dealer.
- For approved claims, defective components must be returned to Altis Powersports for technical evaluation before a replacement is issued.
- Proof of purchase (receipt from Altis Powersports Inc. or an authorized dealer) is required to process all warranty claims.
Warranty Timeframe Exception
- The only exception to the stated warranty timeframes is if the required replacement part is temporarily out of stock.
- As long as the claim was submitted within the valid warranty timeframe, Altis Powersports will honor the claim and provide a replacement once the part becomes available.
Additional Terms
- This warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
- Altis Powersports Inc. reserves the right to determine, after inspection, whether a component is covered under warranty.
Altis Powersports Warranty Coverage for

- Proof of purchase, such as the original receipt from Altis Powersports Inc. or an authorized Altis Powersports Inc. dealer, is required to claim the warranty.
E Ride Pro
E Ride PRO Warranty Coverage:
E Ride Pro Inc. (“Company”) is pleased to offer a limited one-year or 1,000 miles (whichever comes first) warranty on all new electric off-road motorcycles (“Product”) sold by our authorized dealers or directly through our official website. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase by the original owner and is non-transferable.
What is Covered:
The Company will, at its discretion, repair or replace any components of the Product that are found to be defective in materials or workmanship during the warranty period. This includes but is not limited to the frame, motor, battery, and other major components. The Company will provide these repair or replacement services free of charge.
Exclusions:
- Normal Wear and Tear: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.
- Batteries: The warranty for the battery is subject to a gradual capacity reduction, which is considered normal, and it is not covered unless the capacity drops below 70% of its original capacity within the warranty period.
- Consumables: Items that are expected to wear out over time, such as tires, brake pads, and suspension components, are not covered under this warranty.
- Third-Party Accessories: Any third-party accessories or components not supplied by the Company are not covered by this warranty.
- Modifications: Any modifications made to the electrical system will void the warranty. The use of aftermarket controllers, throttles, motors, batteries, etc. are not approved at this time. E Ride Pro does not generally authorize customers to do electrical work on our bikes, except on a case-by-case basis, after they have been vetted and approved by E Ride Pro's tech department. Having the bike stripped and powder coated voids the warranty.
Electro & Company
Electro & Company Warranty Coverage:
Electro & Company eMoto & Minibikes include a 30-day limited warranty against defects, a 6-month limited warranty on powertrain parts and for the first year a 30% discount on powertrain parts.
Items covered under powertrain limited warranty: Motor, Controller, Display & Battery.
Excluded Wear and Tear Items:
- Tires, Tubes, Brake Pads, Brake Rotors, Chains, Sprockets.
- Water, accident or crash damages are NOT covered under warranty.
- Any damage resulting from the use of non E&C parts is NOT covered under warranty.
- Abuse or Misuse of the product voids warranty.
The failure mode will be determined by REV Rides or E&C staff who are experts in the field of powersports product development, operation and service. Warranty is non-transferable.
RAWRR
RAWRR Inc. Warranty Coverage:
- Rawrr Inc. offers a *30-day warranty on workmanship defects and operational issues for the unit.
- Rawrr Inc. offers a *30-day warranty on all parts and OEM accessories.
- Rawrr Inc. offers a *365-day warranty for the bike power system (motor, controller, and battery)
*From the date of the unit or product delivery.
Warranty Exclusions:
Rawrr Inc. excludes normal wear components (such as brake components, seals, bearings, chains, and suspension components, tires, rims, grips, handlebars, as well as exclusions for misuse of product, or failure caused by damages due to accident, collisions, or general neglect. Misuse may include altering any factory wiring or installing any non-genuine RAWRR parts, as well as any racing or competition use. Any misuse in charging, discharging, or improperly storing the unit will also void this limited warranty. Limited warranties are non-transferable, and you must have an original receipt (proof of purchase) from Rawrr Inc or a Rawrr Inc. authorized dealer.
S-Moto (SRPNT)
S-Moto Corp. Warranty Coverage:
S-Moto Corp. (“SRPNT”) offers a limited one-year warranty on all new electric off-road motorcycles (“Product”) sold by our authorized dealers. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase by the original owner and is non-transferable.
What is Covered:
SRPNT will, repair or replace any components of the Product that are found to be defective in materials or workmanship during the warranty period. This includes but is not limited to the frame, motor, battery, and other major components. The Company will provide these repair or replacement services free of charge.
Exclusions:
- Normal Wear and Tear: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.

STOMP (EBOX)
STOMP Warranty Coverage:
Stomp Distribution Ltd extends the following parts-only warranty, commencing from the original retail purchase date. Given that the bike/quad is delivered in a crate, it is imperative to have the bike/quad PDI’d by a qualified motorcycle mechanic. Failure to adhere to this prerequisite will result in the nullification of the warranty associated with the bike. To initiate the warranty claim, a copy of the bike's Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) must be provided.
For eligibility under the warranty, it is mandatory to register the PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) of the bikes with Stomp Distribution. Registration can be completed through the following form found here. Additionally, you can access the Stomp EBOX user manual, inclusive of a PDI guide, here.
Stomp Distribution extends the following warranty coverage for electric Dirt bike and Quad components:
Battery Coverage: 6 months from the date of purchase.
Stomp Distribution guarantees the battery, encompassing any defects in materials and workmanship. In the event of battery failure within the stipulated warranty period, a replacement will be provided (All depleted batteries should be returned to Stomp Distribution for recycling). Diagnosis of a fault must be conducted by an authorized EBOX dealer.
Batteries will not be eligible for coverage if brake kill switches are removed or if the instructions outlined in the EBOX user manual are not adhered to.
Specifically, during periods of vehicle inactivity, it is essential to recharge the battery at least once a month until regular use is reinstated. Failure to turn off the power switch or neglecting to charge the product for an extended duration may result in the battery reaching a state where it is unable to retain a charge.
Motor, Controller, and Other Component Coverage: 6 months from the date of purchase.
Stomp Distribution provides a warranty for the motor, controller, and all other electric bike components, excluding wear and tear parts. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. In the event of a failure of any of these components within the specified trade warranty period, replacement parts will be sent to be fitted by a qualified mechanic.
Warranty invalid if EBOX modified or upgraded in any way. This includes but not exclusive to:
- Disconnecting brake switches
- Bypassing BMS
- Battery voltage changes or battery changes
- Motor/controller changes
- Other electrical modifications
- Mechanical hardware changes suspension etc.
Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not cover the following wear and tear parts unless there is a factory defect:
- Tyres
- Brake pads
- Brake discs
- Chain
- Sprocket
- Plastics
- Wheels
- Bearings
- Suspension
- Grips
- Seat
Damage caused by water exposure, including but not limited to submersion, immersion, or exposure to excessive moisture, is explicitly excluded from warranty coverage. This includes damage resulting from riding in heavy rain, submergence in bodies of water, or exposure to water during cleaning or maintenance.
Voltaic
Voltaic Warranty Coverage
Voltaic GENERAL LIMITED WARRANTY (This warranty applies to all new Voltaic products excluding parts, and accessories)
Your Voltaic product (“Product”) is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of original retail purchase (“Warranty Period”) when used in accordance with Voltaic's user manuals. Under this warranty, you will be able to direct your claims to Voltaic even in situations where you purchased the Voltaic Product from one of our authorized retailers. If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, Voltaic at its option will
- Repair or replace the Product at no charge using new parts or parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability or,
- provide replacement new parts or parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
The Voltaic 6 months Limited Warranty is a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty. This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear parts, bearings, tyres, tubes, chains, sprockets, cables or any damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, storage or use of the Voltaic products.
Warranty Exclusions:
This limited warranty will be void if this product is ever:
• Used in a manner other than for recreation and transportation.
• Modified in anyway.
• Rented.
• Used in wet conditions.
Please note: All claims made under the Voltaic 6 months Limited Warranty will be governed by the terms set out in this warranty document. Our warranty is a parts only warranty! It does not include labour. If the bike needs to be repaired by us or a Voltiac authorized dealer the bike needs to be returned to base/ place of purchase at the customer's cost.
Vetra Powersports
Vetra Powersports Warranty Coverage:
- 30-Day Warranty on Workmanship Defects and Operational Issues Vetra Powersports Inc. provides a 30-day warranty, effective from the date of delivery, covering any defects in workmanship and operational issues with the unit.
- 30-Day Warranty on Parts and OEM Accessories Vetra Powersports Inc. offers a 30-day warranty, effective from the date of delivery, for all parts and OEM accessories included with the unit.
- 365-Day Warranty for Power System Components Vetra Powersports Inc. offers a 365-day warranty, effective from the date of delivery, on key power system components, including the motor, controller, and battery.
Warranty Exclusions

Beachman
Beachman '64 Limited Warranty
Coverage Periods:
- Frame & Structural Components: 1 year from the original date of purchase.
- Drivetrain & Electrical Components (motor, controller, battery, wiring, throttle, and heads-up display): 1 year from the original date of purchase.
- Shocks & Brakes: 1 year from the original date of purchase.
- 12-Volt Electronics (lights, turn signals, horn, and other accessories): 30 days from the original date of purchase.
What’s Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear (tires, tubes, brake pads, grips, bulbs, etc.).
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, paint chips).
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, abuse, or improper storage.
- Damage caused during shipping or transportation (unless optional shipping coverage has been purchased separately by the customer).
- Modifications, customizations, or repairs not performed by Beachman or an authorized service provider.
- Damage caused by extreme weather, water submersion, salt exposure, or corrosive conditions.
Warranty Transferability:
The Beachman Limited Warranty may be transferred to a new owner under the following conditions:
- A $250 warranty transfer fee is paid.
- A full inspection is performed at a recognized Beachman service center or dealership.
- A Warranty Transfer Form is completed with the new owner’s information, bike details, and attached photos of the bike taken at the point of inspection.
- The warranty coverage period continues from the original purchase date — it does not reset or extend.
Warranty Service:
If a covered defect arises during the warranty period, Beachman will repair or replace the defective part at no cost to the customer. Customers are responsible for shipping the product to Beachman or an authorized service center unless otherwise arranged.
Limitations:
- Warranty coverage applies only with proof of purchase (or approved transfer).
- Warranty coverage continues only for the original term and does not extend after transfer.
- Beachman’s liability is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective parts.
- This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages.
How to File a Warranty Claim:
To initiate a warranty claim, contact Beachman at info@beachman.ca or call 416-604-1040. Please include proof of purchase (or warranty transfer approval), product details, and a description of the issue.

Other Warranty Policies:

All new personal electric vehicles purchases on or after 11/1/2023 come with a 12-24 month limited warranty unless otherwise specified on the product page/listing. Warranty is non-transferrable, and protects consumers against factory defects on all components, except for batteries. Batteries are covered by a 12-month limited warranty. Personal electric vehicles purchased before 11/1/2023 are covered by a 12-month limited warranty.
Labor is covered by our warranty. We offer limited technical advice and tutorials free of charge, if customers would like to perform the repair themselves, often significantly decreasing shipping costs and repair times. During the first 30 days, shipping charges for approved claims are covered by REV Rides. After 30 days, the customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with replacement parts covered under warranty. Our maintenance and protection plans (REV Guard and REV Guard PRO) include free shipping on parts replaced under warranty.
Warranty claims made within 30 business days of delivery will be eligible for free replacement parts. We will cover the shipping cost. After 30 days, when shipping a device in for warranty repair, shipping costs are split between the customer and REV Rides. Once your claim has been approved for repair, you are responsible for boxing and shipping costs to send your device to a REV Rides repair facility. REV Rides will repair and pay for the return shipping if it is covered under warranty. Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs, parts, and labor fees associated with repairs if damages are a result of lack of maintenance, failed repairs/poor workmanship, abusive riding conditions, third party modifications, or water damage. Our discounted labor rate is $100/hr, and parts are charged at standard retail price. There will be a $75 diagnostic fee, and a cost estimate will be provided to the customer before any repairs are initiated.
The warranty period begins the day of confirmed delivery.
Aftermarket modifications of any sort, water damage, consumables (tires, inner tubes, brake pads, grip tape, etc.), wear & tear, collision, damages resulting from “DIY” or third-party repairs (stripped screws, wrong or improperly installed components.) or devices that have modifications to the electrical or control systems, and abuse are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Parts are warrantied for 30 days if installed on original equipment. For extended vehicle protection that covers consumable parts like brakes, tubes, tires, and suspension, and free shipping, check out our REV Guard protection plan. When you are subscribed to REV Guard PRO… if you break it while riding, we fix or replace it!
Parts are not covered by warranty if used for modified or installed in or on devices other than the models they were intended for.
Looking for extended coverage? REV Rides offers a maintenance program called REV Guard, and a protection program called REV Guard PRO.
* Warranties issued before November 2023 are as follows: - Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, all vehicles receive a 1 year manufacturer warranty. This covers the replacement parts themselves, and the customer pays shipping, and labor if the vehicle is to be serviced by REV Rides. - Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, all parts are warrantied for 30 days if installed on original equipment.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled up to the point where they are shipped, and the customer will receive a full refund. Cancellation of special order items will be subject to a 15% re-stocking and processing fee.
After an order has been shipped the REV Rides RETURNS policy will be applied.
Account Security & Unauthorized Use: By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have the express permission of the cardholder. REV Rides is not responsible for unauthorized purchases made by minors or household members.

Important: Electric vehicles ship via freight and come in specialized packaging that is not return-friendly. Vehicle returns are expensive and difficult. Because of this, REV Rides does not accept used vehicle returns, except in rare, extreme circumstances and only with written approval.
Vehicle returns are accepted with 30 days of purchase, and only accepted for:
- A confirmed fulfillment error (wrong item shipped).
- Severe shipping damage that cannot be reasonably repaired.
- New vehicle arrives inoperable, with no reasonable repair path.
- Special cases within 30 days of purchase and approved in writing by REV Rides.
In most cases, if a vehicle arrives with damage or a functional issue:
- Rather than returning your vehicle altogether, we will work closely with you and the manufacturer and/or a qualified local repair shop to coordinate diagnosis and repairs.
- Why? Our goal is to make sure customers are satisfied by resolving issues as quickly as possible, without headaches, inconvenience, and complexities of shipping vehicles. Returning vehicles is prohibitively difficult due to packaging and the nature of freight shipping. Furthermore, it is generally faster to replace only the damaged components than it is to return a vehicle due to freight pickup scheduling and shipping times.
- If your vehicle arrived with shipping damage or a functional issue, please contact us immediately. Do not ride any vehicle that arrived with shipping damage or a functional issue until it has been inspected by REV Rides.

Vehicle Returns Eligibility, Fees, & Requirements
Requirements: Vehicle Returns
If a vehicle return is approved, it must be:
- Unused and undamaged. (unless damage occurred while shipping to the customer, and the customer notifies REV Rides within 48 hours of delivery)
- Disclosed. All damages, defects, or product issues must be communicated to REV Rides before returning.
- In original packaging, with all included parts/components and accessories. If a vehicle is not in original and unopened packaging, it must be disclosed to REV Rides and approved for return.
- If a vehicle being returned included any free or discounted bundle promotional items, all promotional items must be returned with the vehicle.
- Returned according to our packaging requirements. (original packaging, or palletization)
Fees & Shipping: Vehicle Returns
If a vehicle return is approved:
- A 15% restocking fee applies.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the return is due to a confirmed REV Rides fulfillment error, confirmed irreparable shipping damages or the unit is DOA as determined by REV Rides.
Vehicle Return Packaging Requirements
If a vehicle is to be returned to REV Rides, it must be packaged safely such that it does not get damaged during return shipping. Customers are responsible for safe packaging and any damages that occur during shipping.
In general, there are two acceptable ways to ship a vehicle to REV Rides:
- In original vehicle packaging (Preferred). If possible, ship the vehicle back in the original packaging it was delivered in. This is the least expensive and safest return option.
- Vehicle strapped to pallet. If you do not have the original packaging, the vehicle may be strapped to a pallet. This typically involves acquiring a pallet and ratcheting straps, and securely positioning the vehicle on top of the pallet so it can be moved with a pallet jack or other pallet moving equipment.
Used & Previously Owned Vehicle Returns
Used and previously owned vehicles are sold as-is and are final sale. REV Rides does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on used or previously owned vehicle purchases. All sales are final.
Returns Process: Vehicles
- Before contacting REV Rides, please verify return eligibility by reading the above return requirements for unopened, opened, and defect/error returns.
- If you have a eligible order to return, please visit our contact page and select the "Return Order" button to request a return. If you have any issues using our return portal, please fill out our Contact Form and select "Cancel, return, change, or exchange order" as the subject.
- After filing a return, REV Rides will follow up with you via email within 3 business days to gather any required information, and finalize your return.
- Most vehicle returns require a freight pickup to be scheduled. REV Rides may ask you for 3 times during standard business hours when you will be available to facilitate a freight pickup.
- Do not ship your product back to REV Rides without receiving a return approval. Products shipped back without a return approval may be discarded or shipped back at the owners expense.
- Refunds and exchanges are processed only after the item is received and inspected at our warehouse. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated in writing by REV Rides.
Non-Vehicle Returns (Parts, Accessories, Apparel, Gear, etc)
For all merchandise returns:
- Return window: Products are eligible for return within 30 days of product delivery.
- The customer is liable for return shipping costs. REV Rides may provide return shipping labels, in which case the cost of the return label will be deducted from any owed refund unless the return is for a manufacturer defect, normal use failure, or fulfillment error.
- Customers are responsible for repacking the item in original packaging and shipping it safely. Any damage to products incurred during return transit due to improper packaging may cause returns to be rejected.
Non-Vehicle Return Eligibility
Requirements: Unopened Merchandise
Unopened merchandise may be eligible for return if it is:
- Unused, uninstalled, and undamaged. Or,
- Deemed a manufacturer’s defect (see below for more information)
- In original packaging, with all included components, hardware, manuals, tags, and inserts.
- Packed securely so we receive it in the same condition it was sent.
Requirements: Opened Merchandise
Opened merchandise that is unused and has not been installed may be eligible for return within 30 days, however:
- A 15% restocking fee applies.
- Items showing signs of use may be refused and are only eligible if specifically approved by REV Rides.
Requirements: Manufacturer Defect, Normal-Use Failure, or Fulfillment Error (Within 30 Days of delivery)
Some parts and accessories may be eligible for a refund or replacement if they fail due to a manufacturer’s defect or break under normal use within the first 30 days of purchase, subject to the following:
- The customer must provide clear photos and/or video showing the failure along with a written description of the problem.
- REV Rides may require additional diagnostic info, serial numbers, installation details, or other documentation to verify return or exchange eligibility.
- Items that fail due to improper installation, incorrect application, misuse, crash/impact damage, water intrusion, neglect, modification, non-standard use, or riding beyond the intended purpose are not eligible.
- If the item must be returned for inspection, it must be shipped back under an approved RMA. Refunds or exchanges are processed only after being received and inspected for condition.
- Once confirmed, REV Rides will provide one of the following: A replacement, or
A refund of the original purchase price to the original payment method. - REV Rides covers the shipping costs for return shipping for parts, accessory, and apparel orders due to fulfillment errors, manufacturer’s defect or product failures that occur under normal use conditions, within the first 30 days.
Ineligible for Returns: Installed, Used, or Damaged Merchandise
Parts or accessories that have been installed, used, or damaged are not eligible for return or refund. This includes physical damage, wear, stripped hardware, altered components, water damage, or any issue caused by installation, misuse, neglect, improper handling or shipping damage resulting from poor or improper packaging.
If a return is sent back and the item is found to be installed/used/damaged/altered/misrepresented:
- The return may be refused.
- The item may be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense or disposed of.

To request a general merchandise return from REV Rides,

We Reserve the Right to Refuse Returns
REV Rides reserves the right to refuse any return or refund if the product is:
- Used, installed, altered, or damaged.
- Missing original packaging, components, or included items.
- Improperly packaged or shipped during the return process.
- Returned without an approved RMA and required documentation.
- Incorrect in any other way as described by this return document.
Refused Shipments
If a customer refuses delivery of a shipment after it has left our warehouse, the order may be treated as a return. Once received back and inspected:
- Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
- Applicable restocking fees may apply.
- Any damage resulting from refusal handling or carrier return transit may impact eligibility.
Chargebacks and Dispute Resolution
If you experience an issue with your order, contact REV Rides so we can help resolve it quickly. Due to funds being automatically removed when a chargeback is filed, REV Rides is unable to assist customers who file a chargeback until the chargeback is resolved.
If a customer files a chargeback or payment dispute for an order governed by this policy, REV Rides may provide the payment processor with documentation, including order details, delivery confirmation, customer communications, payment details, or any other information relevant to, and in the interest of fair resolution. This helps ensure disputes are reviewed objectively and accurately.
Unapproved or Ineligible Return Handling, Storage, and Disposal
If an item arrives without authorization or is found ineligible upon inspection:
- The return may be refused.
- The item may be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
If the customer declines or fails to pay return shipping:
- REV Rides may be unable to store the item indefinitely.
- After 30 days, REV Rides reserves the right to dispose of the item (or otherwise handle it at our discretion), and no refund will be issued.
Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale, Open Box, Used Goods, and Other Exclusions)
The following are not eligible for return or refund unless otherwise required by law or explicitly approved in writing by REV Rides:
- Items sold as open-box, except as covered in applicable warranty cases.
- Used goods, or any item showing signs of use, installation, wear, or alteration.
- Final sale / clearance items (including closeout and discontinued items).
- Special order items or items ordered specifically at customer request (where applicable).
- Consumables and wear items (where applicable).
- Any item missing original packaging, serial number labels, or included components.
Katapult Financing Returns & Cancellations
To request cancellation of a Katapult lease-to-own agreement:
- The customer must contact Katapult directly by calling 1-833-528-2785 or using Katapult live chat.
- The customer must then contact REV Rides through our Contact Us page to complete the cancellation and return process.
Important requirements:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping and any applicable restocking fees before the Katapult lease-to-own agreement can be cancelled, unless the return is due to a confirmed REV Rides fulfillment error or confirmed shipping damage/DOA as determined by REV Rides.
- All returns still require an approved RMA and proper documentation. Any refunds/credits/releases are issued once the item passes our inspection.

General Merchandise Return Policy
Unopened and unused parts, accessories, apparel, etc. may be returned within 30 days of purchase. However, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Merchandise must be undamaged and in its original packaging. A 15% restocking fee will be applied for all opened or used merchandise, and must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Photo and/or video evidence of product condition is required to be provided by the customer prior to returning.
Electric Vehicle Return Policy
Electric vehicles (eBikes, eScooters, EUC, etc) may be returned within 30 days of purchase, and must have less than 20 miles of usage. Vehicles must be undamaged and in its original packaging. A 15% re-stocking fee will be applied to returned vehicles. Photo and/or video evidence of product condition is required to be provided by the customer prior to returning.
In all cases, return shipping will be paid by the customer. Refunds will be processed after inspection by REV Rides.
Katapult Financing Returns & Cancellations
To request cancellation of a loan through Katapult, the customer must speak to an agent by calling Katapult customer service at 1-833-528-2785 or live chatting here. Customers must then reach out to REV Rides customer service by using the contact us page to complete the cancellation.
The customer will be required to pay return shipping and applicable restocking fee before lease can be cancelled.
