Touring Package for the 775 AM

The Touring Package transforms the 775 AM into a fully equipped commuter without sacrificing trail performance. Installation is straightforward and takes less than 30 minutes with minimal tools, making it easy for any rider to switch between trail and touring setups. Everything is designed to integrate cleanly with the bike while maintaining suspension performance and ride quality.

Waterproof dual bags provide secure storage for daily essentials, while wide aluminum fenders deliver reliable protection in wet or dirty conditions. A heavy-duty rear rack supports up to 30 kg (66 lb), making it ideal for commuting, grocery runs, or light touring. Magicshine lighting and reflective tires increase visibility, and practical additions like a kickstand and bell make the bike feel right at home in urban environments.

Power Meets Practicality

The Touring setup is paired with the Photon motor, delivering up to 1,200 watts of peak power and 110 Nm of torque. Whether you are cruising efficiently through the city or loading the bike for longer rides, the motor provides smooth, controlled assistance. Using the Bonnell Ride Control App, riders can fine-tune power delivery to match commuting efficiency or open it up for more spirited riding when the route demands it.

Fenders, Rack, and Bag System

The Bonnell aluminum rear rack is rated for loads up to 30 kg and is designed specifically around the 775 AM’s long chainstay. This ensures full suspension function without interference, even when the rack is loaded. Custom aluminum fenders measure 83 mm wide for full tire coverage and integrate directly with the rack for added strength and durability.

The included waterproof touring bags offer 25 liters of storage with a roll-top closure and a secure quick-connect mounting system. Inside, a dedicated laptop sleeve keeps electronics protected, while reflective patches improve visibility in low-light conditions. Each bag includes a removable shoulder strap, making them easy to carry once you are off the bike.

Touring Tires

Maxxis Metropass AT tires are designed for riders who split their time between pavement and mixed terrain. The fast-rolling tread pattern keeps efficiency high on the road, while the all-season rubber compound delivers reliable grip in wet or dry conditions. A puncture-resistant insert improves durability, and reflective sidewalls enhance safety during night riding.

  • Front Tire: 29 x 2.4
  • Rear Tire: 27.5 x 2.4
  • Certification: E-50 rated for e-bike use

Front Light

The Magicshine Ray 1600B front light delivers up to 1,600 lumens for confident night riding and early morning commutes. With up to 12 hours of runtime, USB-C charging, and power bank functionality, it is built for long days in the saddle. The light is IPX6 waterproof, shock-resistant, and mounts securely using a Garmin-style interface that is compatible with GoPro accessories.

Rear Light

The Magicshine Seemee150 rear light provides up to 150 lumens with 260-degree visibility, significantly improving awareness from all angles. Integrated motion, brake, and ambient light sensors automatically adjust output for optimal visibility. The IPX6 waterproof housing and durable seat rail mount pair cleanly with dropper posts for a secure and uncluttered setup.
