This is the clean, no-guesswork cockpit upgrade for the Altis Sigma. We built this kit for riders who want true dirt bike handlebars, stronger front-end clamping, and a more confident riding position. What’s Included

SubZero Metal Fab Billet Upper Triple Clamp

This is the foundation of the whole setup. The SubZero billet upper triple clamp is designed specifically for the Altis Sigma to run dirt bike style bar clamps. You get added rigidity up front, better steering feel, and the ability to set your cockpit up the way you want for aggressive off-road riding.

ODI MX Billet 1 1/8” Oversized Bar Mounts

Once the correct triple clamp is in place, these ODI mounts lock everything down. Built from 6061 aluminum and made for 1 1/8 inch oversized handlebars, they are a strong, proven clamp set that holds up to real off-road abuse.

• Precision CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum
• Fits 1 1/8” (28.6mm) handlebars
• Fits both standard and rubber-mounted triple clamps
• Chamfered clamp surface to reduce handlebar stress and improve impact absorption
• 5mm offset design for improved ergonomics
• Anodized finish for long-term durability

Included hardware:

• 2 x M12 x 70mm chromoly hex-head bolts
• 2 x M12 x 50mm chromoly hex-head bolts
• 2 x lock washers and 2 x nylon lock nuts

Installation notes:

• Use OEM torque specs during installation
• If rubber cones show wear or cracking, replace them before installing
• Re-check fasteners after your first ride

Warp 9 Tapped 1 1/8” Dirt Bike Handlebars

Warp 9’s tapped bars are one of our favorite upgrades for e-motos because they solve a real problem. The ends are plugged and tapped with an 8mm threaded insert, which gives you a solid mounting point for wrap-around handguards without relying on expansion plugs that can spin or pull out. If you are not running handguards, you are still covered with included aluminum grip guards and stainless hardware to help protect grips and throttle tubes in a get-off.

• Oversized 1 1/8” (28.6mm) clamping diameter, tapered to 7/8” (22.2mm) for standard controls
• Bar ends plugged and tapped with 8mm threaded inserts for wrap-around handguards
• Includes aluminum grip guards and stainless bolts
• Centering and alignment marks lasered into the bar
• Full bead blast process for a durable finish
• Anti-slip clamp surface treatment to reduce bar movement
• Anodized finish for corrosion resistance and wear protection

Material details listed for this handlebar include 7010 T6 aluminum tubing with computer-extruded variable wall thickness, and premium aluminum material listed as 7075 T7 for strength-to-weight performance.

Warp 9 Elite Foot Pegs

Control starts at your feet. Warp 9 Elite Foot Pegs are forged from 7075-T6 aluminum and finished with CNC machining for a precise fit and factory look. The oversized platform and aggressive stainless teeth keep you planted in mud, dust, and everything in between, while the rearward offset helps you stay centered when you are pushing the bike.
