Used broken ebike

I don’t know where this bike came from. I received it the other day. It was missing the derailer cable. The chain was broken in the box. The front spindle quick release mechanism was snapped in half the bike has scratches on the handlebars. I think they either gave me a refurbished bike for another customers returned the bike. I’m hoping they do the right thing we will see so far very bad experience.

At first, I thought the box was in good condition upon further inspection. This box has been taped up many many times before at first I did not see all of the damage done and altercations of this bike because when I first got it, I turned it over upside down so I can put the front wheel on, the skewer that holds The front wheel on was completely broken. The wire for the gears was completely missing. The chain was broken off and laying in the box somebody has touched his bike before the fenders were off on the side dented. They sent me a used bike or refurbished bike or a bike that a customer has sent back maybe they sent me the wrong box. I don’t know what’s going on. I will change the review when they send me a brand new bike, and also I tried to power the bike on and it did not power on. There’s a glitch with the whole system. This bike was completely a lemon if they send me a new one I will change the review.

Edit. I take back my one star they called me personally and shipped out a battery will do business again.
