A: The Altis Sigma has a top speed of over 70 MPH. (Depending on weight and conditions) Sigma MX Is aprox. 57mph

Q: What is the range of your electric motorcycles on a single charge?
A: The range depends on various factors, including riding style, terrain, and battery capacity. On average, the Sigma series offer a range of 60-70 miles per charge under Eco mode and normal riding conditions. Most will see a Realistic average in Higher modes 40-55 miles

Q: How does the Altis Sigma manage temperature and power to ensure reliability and safety?
A: The Altis Sigma adjusts its performance based on temperature and battery charge (SOC) to protect its battery and ensure reliability. It limits power in extreme temperatures (below 70°F or above 140°F) or when the State of Charge decreases, ensuring safe operation and prolonging battery life. In cold weather, warming the battery may temporarily reduce available power.

Q Can i change the battery settings to allow higher speed in more extreme temps?
A: Yes Altis Directly will offer a dongle to Update the battery. But it will lower the life of the battery and shorten your warranty.

1. 30-Day Warranty on Workmanship Defects and Operational Issues Altis Powersports Inc. provides a 30-day warranty, effective from the date of delivery, covering any defects in workmanship and operational issues with the unit.
2. 30-Day Warranty on Parts and OEM Accessories Altis Powersports Inc. offers a 30-day warranty, effective from the date of delivery, for all parts and OEM accessories included with the unit.
3. 365-Day Warranty for Power System Components Altis Powersports Inc. offers a 365-day warranty, effective from the date of delivery, on key power system components, including the motor, controller, and battery.

Warranty Exclusions

The Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Normal Wear Components: This includes, but is not limited to, brake components, seals, bearings, chains, suspension components, tires, rims, grips, and handlebars.
• Misuse or Abuse of the Product: This includes any damage caused by accidents, collisions, or general neglect.
• Alterations and Unauthorized Modifications: Any modifications to the factory wiring, installation of non-genuine Altis parts, or use of the product in racing or competition will void this Limited Warranty.
• Improper Handling and Storage: Misuse in charging, discharging, or improperly storing the unit will also void this Limited Warranty.

• This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and is only valid for the original purchaser.
• Proof of purchase, such as the original receipt from Altis Powersports Inc. or an authorized Altis Powersports Inc. dealer, is required to claim the warranty.
