Meet The Team | REV Rides

Nathan Pust, CEO
Nathan Pust started REV Rides with a simple conviction: electric mobility wasn't just a product category, it was a better way for people to experience freedom, adventure, and the world around them. From day one, the goal was to build something different -- a company by riders, for riders. The moment he knew it was becoming something real was when customers started traveling long distances just to work with them. Not just to buy a product, but to be part of what REV Rides represented.
He's always been drawn to anything with wheels, speed, and a good engineering story, so the PEV world was a natural fit. The combination of technology, performance, and a community genuinely excited about where it was all heading hooked him early. That energy still drives everything he builds.
At REV Rides, Nathan's superpower is holding both lenses at once -- the big picture and the details that actually matter. He's passionate about building strong teams, solving problems fast, and pushing the brand to keep evolving. His proudest milestone isn't a number. It's watching first-time customers become long-term advocates: people who trust REV Rides not just with a purchase, but with their experience in this world.
Outside of work, Nathan enjoys time with his family, anything automotive or performance-related, and the process of building new ideas from scratch. His perfect group ride winds through scenic backroads and waterfront stretches, with open sections to let the bikes breathe, good conversation throughout, a soundtrack that keeps the energy up, and a great food stop somewhere in the middle.
Before and beyond REV Rides, he's someone who genuinely loves the process of building – businesses, ideas, teams. It's not just how he works. It's how he thinks.
Best advice for new riders: gear up, ride within your limits, and build confidence before you chase speed. The performance will still be there when you're ready for it.
When he's not riding or working, you'll probably find him with his family, planning the next adventure, or quietly turning a new idea over in his head until it becomes something worth building. -
Nick Gasmeña, Director of Brand & Marketing
Nick Gasmeña helps lead the voice, vision, and strategic growth behind REV Rides, blending brand development, growth strategy, content creation, and community-focused marketing with a genuine passion for the riders who use our products.
His journey into the PEV world started with an electric unicycle. What began as curiosity quickly turned into something much bigger: a new sense of freedom, adventure, and connection. Through EUCs, Nick discovered a community filled with riders from all backgrounds coming together, exploring new places, and rediscovering the simple excitement of having fun. For him, that feeling of being a kid again is what makes this industry special.
At REV Rides, Nick focuses on building trust through education, authentic storytelling, and customer-first experiences. From brand strategy and product launches to videos, buyer’s guides, SEO, and community engagement, his goal is to make sure every rider feels confident, supported, and excited about their next adventure. He believes there’s a real person behind every order. Someone who might be finding a new hobby, a new group of friends, or an escape from a stressful day.
Outside of work, Nick loves long-distance EUC rides, exploring Arizona, and spending time with his girlfriend and the incredible Phoenix PEV community they’ve helped grow together. His perfect ride is simple: good people, good energy, 30-50 miles of adventure, and a stop for burgers or tacos along the way.
Before REV Rides, Nick spent nearly two decades working across audio engineering, video production, marketing, and advertising, using creativity and storytelling to help brands connect with their audiences in meaningful ways. That experience continues to influence his approach today: creating authentic content, building trust, and focusing on the people behind every interaction.
When he’s not riding, filming, or working on the next big idea, you’ll probably find him down a macroeconomics rabbit hole at midnight, fully convinced it’s a completely normal thing to do. -
Patrick McGlinchy, Chief Product Officer
Patrick McGlinchy has always been drawn to anything with wheels, speed, and adrenaline. From motorcycles to high-performance electric rides, his passion for powersports and rider culture is at the core of everything he does at REV Rides.
As Chief Product Officer, Patrick plays a major role in product development, testing, rider feedback, content creation, and helping shape the direction of the bikes and gear REV Rides brings to the community. Known for his hands-on approach and deep enthusiasm for riding, he’s constantly focused on improving performance, pushing limits, and helping riders get the most out of their machines.
Whether it’s chasing the next great build, dialing in a new setup, or leading a group ride with a hip-hop and rock playlist blasting in the background, Patrick lives and breathes the rider lifestyle.
When he’s not working or riding, there’s a good chance he’s still talking about riding. And if you ask him for riding advice, he’ll probably tell you two things: always tap your brakes before a wheelie… and always check your bolts before you ride. -
Tosh Roberts, Director of eCommerce
Tosh is the wizard behind our website—our Director of eCommerce who turns ideas into reality. His PEV journey started in 2020 when a buddy posted videos of electric-unicycle jumps; one Google search later he learned REV Rides was practically in his backyard.
Since then Tosh has steered our biggest pivot yet: transforming a scooter-centric shop into an e-moto powerhouse, complete with a full site rebuild and business-process overhaul. His super-power? If it lives in Shopify, he can make it happen.
When work tabs close he grabs his Onewheel, ducks into Sacramento’s summer trails, and rides straight through the night until the first streaks of sunrise.

Marcus, Customer Service
Marcus came into the PEV world the way a lot of gearheads do -- he wanted to build a bike, looked at what was out there, and decided to go electric. One part curiosity, one part good timing. The rest took care of itself.
At REV Rides, his superpower is something most people spend years trying to learn: staying smooth when things get chaotic. Whisky throttles and high-pressure moments don't rattle him. He's seen worse on two wheels.
His proudest moment at REV Rides was tracking down a lost birthday bike and getting it to a customer in time for his son. The kind of thing that doesn't show up in any report, but sticks with you.
When it comes to riding, Marcus keeps it simple: anything with two wheels and somewhere between 40 and 80 horsepower. His perfect group ride has an equally no-nonsense definition -- everyone makes it to the end without complaining. High bar. Non-negotiable.
If he could add one thing to next-gen PEVs, it would be built-in charger storage. Practical, obvious, and somehow still not standard. He's right.
Outside of work, Marcus rebuilds and mods e-bikes and has been quietly sharpening his culinary skills on the side. Two very different hobbies that somehow make complete sense for the same person.
Best advice for new riders: make sure you put on clean underwear. He's not elaborating. He doesn't need to.
His pump-up song is Sada Baby's Stacy, and when asked about a hidden talent, he said he doesn't think he has one -- which is exactly what someone with a hidden talent would say.
When he's not riding or working, you'll probably find him trying to get a BBQ party going. -
Kaitlin Nicol, Finance & Purchasing Coordinator
Kaitlin Nicol is the finance mechanic at REV Rides -- keeping costs in check, orders on track, and making sure everything we purchase actually gets paid for and lands where it's supposed to. The kind of behind-the-scenes precision that nobody notices until it's missing.
She grew up on motorcycles and still rides a Harley, so when the PEV world came into view, it felt like a natural next chapter. What she didn't expect was the torque. Her first ride on an E-Ride Pro 3.0 settled it -- the speed, the feel, the versatility across dirt and concrete. Once you experience it, it just makes sense.
If she could add one thing to next-gen PEVs, it would be terrain detection. The technology is already impressive. That feature would take it somewhere else entirely.
Her perfect ride involves good friends, open back roads, river views, and country-rock blasting through her helmet. Simple ingredients. Hard to beat.
For new riders, her advice is straightforward: keep your head on a swivel, and dress for the slide, not the ride. Words worth taking seriously from someone who came up on two wheels long before the electric era.
When she's not working, you'll probably find her cruising to the river, soaking up the sun with a new book, or on a volleyball court. -
AJ Ramerez, Customer Service Manager
AJ keeps our support department running smoother than freshly paved asphalt. He jumped into the PEV scene when a pandemic-era gig at an electric scooter company turned into a full-blown obsession, and he’s never looked back. At REV Rides he turns hiccups into high-fives with his personal mantra: never give up, never take it personally.
His proudest flex? Finally shredding up to Washington to meet the crew in person—proof that a Slack family can ride just as tight as any local pack. AJ’s ride of choice is a beefy e-dirt bike like the E-Ride Pro or Altis Sigma… plenty of torque for taller riders and the perfect excuse to disappear down a fire road on a Saturday.
Ideal group ride? Portland’s Friday Night Rollout: mellow pace, pizza pit-stop, Tupac bumping through the speakers.
After hours, AJ is chasing PRs in the gym, he’s casting a line—or scheming up solar chargers for the next-gen fleet.
