E Ride PRO Warranty Coverage:
E Ride Pro Inc. (“Company”) is pleased to offer a limited one-year or 1,000 miles (whichever comes first) warranty on all new electric off-road motorcycles (“Product”) sold by our authorized dealers or directly through our official website. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase by the original owner and is non-transferable.
What is Covered:
The Company will, at its discretion, repair or replace any components of the Product that are found to be defective in materials or workmanship during the warranty period. This includes but is not limited to the frame, motor, battery, and other major components. The Company will provide these repair or replacement services free of charge.
Exclusions:
- Normal Wear and Tear: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.
- Batteries: The warranty for the battery is subject to a gradual capacity reduction, which is considered normal, and it is not covered unless the capacity drops below 70% of its original capacity within the warranty period.
- Consumables: Items that are expected to wear out over time, such as tires, brake pads, and suspension components, are not covered under this warranty.
- Third-Party Accessories: Any third-party accessories or components not supplied by the Company are not covered by this warranty.
- Modifications: Any modifications made to the electrical system will void the warranty. The use of aftermarket controllers, throttles, motors, batteries, etc. are not approved at this time. E Ride Pro does not generally authorize customers to do electrical work on our bikes, except on a case-by-case basis, after they have been vetted and approved by E Ride Pro's tech department. Having the bike stripped and powder coated voids the warranty.
The bike arrived only a few days after I placed the order. Everything works and I can’t wait to start riding it. RevRides support is amazing and helped resolve any issues I had. I enjoyed talking with Marielle and Adrian and hope to see them again in the future
Ordered my Eridepro 3.0 through Recrides. Shipping package was damaged. Post assembly the bike didn't work. it's been 3 days, and I am still waiting on someone to respond. i am stuck with a non-working bike. Looks like I have to reach out to credit card company for help now. avoid buying these from dealers.
Had to call tech support after assembling the bike as th throttle didn’t work(tech support was awesome). Walked through the problem. The bike comes with no instructions on assembly. Had to watch a YouTube video to figure everything out and had a front brake issue. Video said to loosen 2 screws to balance out the tire and have the brakes not rub. Did that and in 15 minutes the front brake fell off. Had to pick my rider up good thing I have a truck. The latch that closes the battery cover does not work well. Had to adjust the latch several times and by sheer luck seems to work now.
Got a flat tire on the first ride. Tires are pretty soft. Rubber is very flimsy and I can tell won’t hold up very long with daily use. I could go on but it’s not worth it. I would say there is a steep learning curve on how to fix things if they are not working. And without a manual/ assembly instructions/tutorial readily packed with the bike it makes things very difficult for an owner.
So far so good. Only had the bike for a week. Scary fast in sport mode. I contacted customer support and had a great experience talking with Marcus.
Bike arrived with broken fork adjustment clicker. Also the rear fender does not fit, I had to really bend it to make it fit. It seems that rev rides and Eride will warranty this issue. Slowly but surely….
