May 2020 ZERO Shipment Update

Update June 29th 2020

The ZERO scooters have finally made it to the USA. Tomorrow morning they will be loaded onto a truck and delivered to our shop in Vancouver, Washington. Once they arrive, we will immediately begin quality control and shipping. This process can take between 7-10 business days. Please keep an eye on your email for your shipping confirmation.

Update June 22nd 2020

Thank you so much for your patience; the wait is almost over. The ZERO scooters will be arriving at the port of Seattle this Friday (26th of June). Once they make it through customs they will be heading to our shop in Vancouver, Washington. We anticipate to be quality checking and shipping the scooters out early July.

To show our appreciation of your patience we will be installing tire sealant into all the pneumatic tires in this shipment. This sealant helps prevent flat tires and is rated for the life of the tire.

Update May 29th 2020

We have good news. We now have a confirmed booking date of June 6th when our shipment will leave port and head to the USA. With this departure date, the ship should dock in the USA on June 23rd. In the past, we have been able to ship orders one week after the dock date. Please check back for future updates.

Update May 15th 2020

Thank you for your recent ZERO scooter pre-order. We are letting you know that our shipment has been delayed and it will impact our delivery to you. Please know we are working hard to get your product to you as soon as possible, but at this time, we do not have a firm date on when we will be able to ship. Due to COVID-19, product shipments for non-essential products from China are given a lower priority at port. As a result, our shipment is still in port awaiting pickup. Once the product is in transit, we will provide you with a confirmed delivery date.
We value your trust in REV Rides and strive to deliver your order as originally promised, but unfortunately, this delay was totally out of our control.
