I was first excited to get my Zero 10 scooter, but this thing has so many problems it's required days of maintenance after a month of use. I've now had this scooter for 3 months, and I've had the front and rear brakes stop working, the lights on the front go out, the suspension loosen up, the charging port fall off the scooter, the brake pads wear off, the regenerative braking function stop working then come back. On top of all these issues, customer support has told me the cannot offer any services and have referred me to the manual to fix everything on my own in a chain of 14 emails. I'm beyond disappointed in this kind of customer support where no real support is offered on their end and on top of that the scooter simply has so many safety issues that need to be fixed. The first time I had my brakes stop working I fell off at high speeds, and upon inspection there was no tension in the rear brake cables. Customer support told me to fix it, which I did, but I couldn't help but be upset that something as simple as a quality inspection could have prevented that. The suspension has also been an ongoing issue with bad creaking and loosening in the front, and I'm only 140 pounds and use it as a daily driver around town. I understand regular maintenance is important to maintain optimal performance, but it's a fairly new scooter and I'm worried the spring is wearing out too quickly. This kind of quality is beyond disappointing for a $1400 scooter. As it stands I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.
