Really the best e-scooter for the money
I received my scooter today.
First thoughts are that it has good acceleration and with some adjustments the brakes work very well. Had to center the brake pads for the front and rear. Found the front disc warped as it touched the brake pads at certain points when I rotate the front wheel. I wish it had a twist throttle vs the pull lever. It just feels safer having a full grip on the bars specially at higher speeds.
Wow! The torque and top speed of this scooter is both thrilling and terrifying! I’ve only put about fifty miles on it due to rain, but it’s coming back to Portland for the spring and summer. I’ll be at the first group ride I can join as soon as it gets back! My favorite PEV purchase so far!
This place is great!! Nathan one of the reps really took his time explaining the scooters and all the features. My wife and I ended up buying one for our kids and one for me. Great quality and I am glad I did not purchase online. After Nathan explained all the features I’m glad I bought one that can repair as well.
So I've had my Zero 10x 60v for two weeks and all I can say is wow 😲 this thing is a complete beast. It's most definitely a man's scooter not ment for kids by no means. When you turn on both motors "1200 watts each" you go from stopped to 50 mph extremely fast something like 6 sec. Off roading isn't a problem for this monster and and you will spin your tires on grass if you have full power to it. "Not eco mode"
Now for the range I honestly can't you you a for sure number but I put 25 miles on it one night and the battery was pretty much at full charge going about 20mph the whole time. My only concern is the innertubes they use. Not the best but what innertube is actually great? Lol so I would recommend using some of that flat resist plastic that you put in bike tires for long rides. And order extra tubes right away if you are like me and like to get a lil wild when riding. Nothing sucks more than having a paper weight sitting around calling your name to ride me but you can't lol. My wife has the vsett 9 which is a great scooter and the 10x eats it up like its standing still. If you're looking for a scooter that can get you just about anywhere look no further this is the ONE you want. Ride safe and have a blast
